Straw yellow color. Aired half an hour. Minerals, flint, gooseberry, lemon zest and oysters. Pure crisp fruit with an excellent, fresh and precise acidity. Complex and delicious concentration. Long and dry finish. A delicious Sancerre and one of my favourites.

Light dark straw yellow. Closed at opening. Aired an hour in decanter and it begins to open. Citrus, limestone and tropical fruits. After some time in the glass it turns more vs clementines, butter, caramel and malt. Delicious on palate with nice fresh, fruit and medium plus acidity that also give a nice balance. A complex and very good wine. Pity this was my last one..

Transparent ruby ​​red with a light aging edge. Aromas of red berry fruits shortly after opening. After an hour in the decanter comes more mature aromas forward, autumn fruits, earth, autumn leaves, leather and licorice. Distinctive and delicious cellar touch. Ripe, slightly sour sweet berry fruit and velvety tannins. Nice acidity which balances the sour sweet fruit quite good. Complex, with good depth and medium plus length. Delicious and elegant.

Light straw yellow color. On the nose orange peel, apple, pear, minerals and a hint of pineapple canned. Sweet and sour lime, somewhat tropical. Very untypical chablis. A little oily and creamy in the mouth, almost like a central Burgundy after some time in the barrel. Good acidity and good length. Actually difficult to imagine that this was a Chablis. Had not taken this in a blind test. By all means, no bad wine, just different.

Light straw yellow. Aired half an hour. Fresh and available. Citrus, apples, minerals and nectarine. On the palate fresh cool fruit of lime, apple and minerals. Crisp acidity that last for long. Medium plus length and dry finish. A delightful wine.

Light dark red color with an aging edge. Decanted and aerated approx. an hour before consumption. Ripe fruit, plum, leather and forest on the nose. Gradually eucalyptus, more forest floor and wood. Ripe blackcurrant, baked peppers and soft licorice. Nicely integrated tannins and still good acidity. Balanced and complex wine. Medium plus length. Delicious in the mouth.

Light brick red. Closed upon opening. After three hours in the decanter comes classic aromas of cherries, rose and tar. It gradually open up in the glass with scents of balsamic, licorice, forest floor and autumn leaves. Lovely acidity, nice texture and well-integrated tannins. Delicious mid palate with ripe, slightly sweet and sour, cherry fruit that last long and culminates with a great finish. Concentrated, somewhat powerful, yet elegant wine that can be further stored in the cellar but it's absolutely ready to drink now with good aeration. Tested in Riedel and Zalto Burgundy glass. In this case the fruit was more distinct on and the wine just felt more delicious in the Zalto glass.
Served with beef of Reindeer on a bed of pan roasted carrots, hazelnuts, fresh herbs and wild sauce with blueberries. Very good match. This was a top bottle. (90-92 points) This one; 50+5+13+15+8 (91) points.

Closed shortly after opening. Aired two hours in the decanter. Opens gradually with tropical fruits, pineapple, melon and honey. Yellow apples, pears, citrus and minerals also emerged after some time in the glass. Balanced and delicious in the mouth with good acidity and good middle part. Lose some fruit at the end of the tasting curve but all in all an absolute good wine. Will probably improve with further storage.

Gyllen gul på farge. Lukket rett etter åpning. Luftet 2 timer i karaffel. Åpner seg etterhvert med florale toner, kalkstein, sitrus og syrlige grønne epler som går mot gule etter noe tid i glasset. Mineralsk med deilg touch av tropisk frukt, aprikos og melon. Lett smøraktig i anslaget med noe mandel og fattoner. Balansert og deilig i munnen. Frisk, flott syre og bra lengde. En topp Bourgogne Blanc fra topp produsent. Skulle gjerne hatt mer enn den ene jeg har igjen..

Hilberg Pasquero Langhe Nebbiolo 2010 Luftet en time i dekanter. Intens nese av bærfrukter, kirsebær og roser. Utvikler seg videre i glasset med krydder, kaffe, lakris, lær og jordtoner. I munnen saftig, noe sursøt stil men likevel sødmefull frukt, modne kirsebær, røde plommer og antydning til kjellerpreg. Fyldig og kraftig nebbiolo. Deilig midtparti, fin syre, konsentrert med fin struktur. Godt integrerte tanniner og flott lengde. En veldig bra Langhe Nebbiolo som går utenpå mange 'rimelige' Baroloer. Godt kjøp.

Petruskellerei St. Magdalener 2011. Floral med delikat bærfrukt på nese, utvikler seg i glasset med moreller, urter, krydder, røyk og lette fjøstoner. Lettdrikkelig frisk og saftig med god bær frukt i munnen. Fin syre, pent integrerte tanniner. Slank og elegant i stilen. Medium pluss lengde. Kan minne litt om en lett fruktig Pinot Noir, Grignolino eller Pelaverga.

After some time it opens up and delicious aromas of cherries, red berries, earth, tobbaco, leather and almond comes through. Good concentration and structure. Nice balance and good acidity. The tannins are now well integrated. This is bottle no. eight of twelve and definately the best I have had from this vintage. I doubt it would become better. Served with filet of Venison with redwine sauce and root vegetables. Again, a very good match.

Some aromas of spice, cherries, dark red berries, earth, tar, wood and forest comes through after some time, but it is not even near the delicious fruit and berry aromas that we had with the 2004 Barbaresco Riserva. The tannins are still quite noticeable. The fruit is in the background whilst forest floor and earth is more dominant. I am not sure whether it's an odd bottle or just needs more time to bring out the fruit. It is definately not there yet.

Herbs, minerals and lime. Light style with hints of fresh strawberries, light fruit and flowers on the nose. Smooth and pleasant.

Tasted at Banshee Wines. Nice straw yellow color.
Yellow apples, tropical fruit, peach, lychee, citrus and slightly mature gooseberry. After a while also dried figs and macadamia nuts. Nice texture, balanced and medium length.
30% in French oak and 70% in steel tanks. Natural storage in casks, no toasting. Only 5% new barrels. A delicious sauvignon blanc.

Luftet en time i dekanter. Noe reduktiv i starten, sitrus og lime ellers lite frukt, mer nøtter og smørtoner, noe eik og hint av tropisk frukt etterhvert, mineralsk med et snev av kalkstein. Fin rund munnfølelse etter litt tid i glasset. Fin syre, medium pluss lengde. Lett bitterish ettersmak. Denne blir bedre og bedre, trenger mye luft. En veldig bra Meursault fra en topp produsent.

Ramonet Chassagne Montrachet Premier Cru "Les Caillerets" 2009
Luftet en halv time i dekanter. Fin, lett mørk strågul farge med noe antydning til aldringstoner. Noe reduktiv til å begynne med. Sitrus og tropiske frukter, smør som går tydelig over mot smørmalt etter noe tid i glasset. Deilig munnfølelse med sitrus, steinfrukt, annanas, etterhvert klare smørtoner og malt. Fin syre og medium pluss lengde med bra finish. Etter to timer i dekanter har den utviklet seg ytterligere nå
med tydeligere karamelltoner, mandarin og lett søtlig nektarin.
