Round and cherry forward with an integrated toast aroma. less tannin than I would suspect but nicely balanced acid and fruit. Pleasantly surprised by this wine, and nice to see some well done domestic sangiovese. |

The label states that it was a tough year for the vineyards due to inconsistent weather. That being said, they managed to put a pleasant, dry wine into the bottle. Great for everyday drinking. |
