3/15/2024 - Kenneth Forssell Likes this wine: 89 pointsPineapple, passion fruit, citrus, orange and pear to the nose. Orange, apricot, oak and cardemom in mouth. Oak/barrel. Medium body, quite enough acid. Good with sardinian tomatoes. |

7/17/2019 - Glenn Gilbert Likes this wine: 88 points13.5% alcohol; 'Porter-Bass Vineyards' not mentioned on the label, instead we see 'Boisset Collection' and the cellaring and bottling is identified as being in St. Helena, Ca, not the 'Russian River Valley'; composite cork, light to medium weight foil; long legs, crystalline medium-light yellow; nose of alcohol, sourness, citrus, fruit; tasted at approximately 11 degrees C; full bodied and surprisingly complex; its components are better described as over-decking each vertically over the other rather than balancing each other horizontally; the trace of sweetness is on the top and drifts into the medium finish; pair with fatty, cold-water fish, like wild-caught salmon or Chilean sea bass |

11/27/2012 - bstryd Likes this wine: 87 pointsI'm not a great Chard fan - don't like heavy and oak soaked whites. But this Chard is crisp and bright. Had citrus flavors as well as lots of apple stuff. A bit of mineral at the end. Would buy again. |
