Now the wine is lushly textured and the tannin, fruit, and acid have become fully integrated, open, seamless, and delicious, exposing rich layers of blackberry, black currant, and black plum fruit. Overall, a superb example of how a Cabernet Sauvignon can fabulously improve when properly aged. |
