This wine features fermented honeyberries or haskap berries, a deep purple oblong berry, which is co-feremnted with blueberries and honey, which yields this beautiful amber color, fruity aromas and at 2% residual sugar, a wonderful desert wine. I also enjoy this wine, chilled to 40F on a hot day. |

I lost my bottle notes on it, but it is a very smooth, slightly sweet wine made from honey berries and blueberries. There is no search result for honey berries, so this may be the only wine which is fermented from them. This is an especially good wine with jazz music and romance. it pairs with many chocolates and chocolate covered fruits. |
