11/26/2023 - wchrisw Likes this wine: NRIf I tasted this blind I’d have no idea what it was. A very enjoyable bottle but it is done in a lean style I’d say. Not fleshy or dry or peppery. Not tannic or extracted. Doesn’t really hit any of the petite sirah markers other than that it is jet black in the glass. I picked up some fennel and black fruits every third taste or so. I found it odd but enjoyed the change of pace for sure. |
