Fruity, green apple, citrus, and butter to the nose.
Sweet honey notes immediately on front of palate, with a buttery texture and ending with apple notes at the end. Nice medium to long finish.
A easy sipping wine that is very pleasant.

Inky in color with a short purplish rim.

Strong nose with black fruits, cedar, licorice, chocolates, light vegetables, wild flowers and peppercorn.

Full-bodied and smooth, with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate with blackberries, black cherries, currants, cedar, vanilla, spices, espresso, cola, herbs, licorice, dark chocolates, light earth and peppercorn.

Long finish with fine grained tannins and tangy cherries.

This young Cabernet Sauvignon blend from Napa Valley is already delicious.

Rich and engaging. Powerful and dark. Still a little unforgiving. Spicy and fruit forward.

Much earthier on the nose than on the palate. Only after 2.5 hours it balances out, so be patient.

Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years, and has good potential to become a 94+ point wine. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.

I Had a few vintages of this wine and it is very consistent.

Good by itself as a sipping wine or with food. Will pair nicely with a big piece of steak.

A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot and 5% Malbec. Grapes were handpicked and aged for 18 months in mostly French oak barrels.

14.2% alcohol by volume.

Earthy, soil with Espresso notes on the nose, rich and jammy, ripe black fruit on the palate, cocoa and wood smoke hitting the mid palate, tannins grip, long finish.

Did a mini vertical with this vintage compared to a ‘16. Both look identical in color - deep burgundy.
This one has a faint berry aroma with a hint of metal.
The ‘16 vintage has a very fragrant berry with a hint of mushroom.
First impressions of this vintage is a light fruit, mild tannin, and a bit of minerality. It has a long finish. Comparatively the ‘16 vintage was a welcome mouthful of berries, with a hint of oak and leather. Plenty of tannins left but not overpowering. Very long finish. For our tastes the ‘16 vintage is much superior.

Deep dark burgandy color in the glass. Nose of dark berries, leather, and mushrooms.
First impressions of dark chocolate, black cherries, and black berries. Very long finish. It has a bit of harshness from the alcohol that powers through but overall it’s a very nice flavorful Cabernet.

Had while away for the holidays. With no other red wine in the house, this was a sufficient accompaniment to a rather indifferent NY strip. After looking this up on Wine Searcher, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised.

Though still very dark, the color was just beginning to turn a bit, and the nose was showing a pleasant touch of age. It had decent cab characteristics on the palate and nose, and the balance was pretty good. There was a huge hole in the mid-palate, but I suppose that’s par for the course.

All in all, not at all bad and about what you would expect from a seven-year-old, thirteen-dollar cab—simple, aging fruit and a little very light, generic tertiary stuff. The CT average score has this one pretty well pegged. 14.5% ABV (good/**/14/86)

Very fruity. Very slight hint of oakines. Pear with hint of citrus. Bright acidity. Full bodied but short. Good for stand alone summer drinking. I wouldn't really pair it with food.

Deep rich burgandy in color. Very fragrant nose of red berries and cherries and oak. First impressions made me think of blackberry pie. Very full bodied but no tartness & not overly acidic. Long finish. This one is tasting wonderful!

Deep ruby color, Dark fruit aromas of blueberries and plum with earthy vanilla hints. Round mouthfeel, blueberry, blackberry fruit and smooth fig notes mid palate. Chewy full-bodied finish. Very enjoyable. 59% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 11% Malbec and 10% Petit Verdot

Golden straw color. Nose of vanilla, a light citrus, and a touch of butter. First impressions of melon & citrus followed by a butterscotch flavor & slippery mouth feel. It has a fairly long finish. A nice wine!
