Decanted for an hour and then enjoyed over 4 whilst dining at the 3 star Waldhotel Sonnora. The classic flinty/smoky PYCM nose combined with Puligny white fruits was just magic (and brought a tear to my dining companions eye). Full of nostalgia and truly delicious. Opened up quite dramatically over the afternoon. Obviously still way to young, with tons more to come, but not a shame to enjoy now.
