The nose was intense and almost savory with smoky, tropical citrus, and poached pear. On the palate, I found weighty textures with a noticeable hint of sweetness to it’s citrus-tinged stone fruits. Minerals and brisk acidity provided the necessary balance to keep experience balanced, while tropical fruits lingered long throughout the finish. |
