Fermented with native yeasts not quite dry then finished not quite dry in the bottle. And, it is just barely pink. Very sharp acidic entry. Has an unusual amount of orchard fruit flavors for a rose. Neat little bubbles. Might be a touch sweet. It’s spicy, refreshing and definitely unique. |
