Drinking well now
Medium body, green tomato and soft red fruit. Interesting secondary notes
Probably the best NY State Cab Franc I've had (only an n of 5 though)

Compared to most dry Rieslings from the region, these wines always have a lot of fruit giving the perception of a bit of sweetness. This has aged very nicely with great orchard fruit, hint of petrol. Acid feels a little on the lower side, perhaps from the warmer vintage. Either way, delicious.

Prior bottle was 9 months ago and this wine continues to impress. Pineapple, mango and passion fruit notes on the nose along with a touch of honey and some citrus notes on the nose. More complex aromatically than my prior bottle. Just above medium bodied with an impressive mix of tropical fruit notes (pineapple and mango) along with golden orchard fruits (gold peach and gold apple). The depth through the middle allows it to feel deep, but balanced. The acidity and citrus notes behind continue to work well to provide structure and contrast. Overall, this wine is very much in an auslese style and as long as the acidity continues to hold up, will remain a beautiful bottle. I have access to one more bottle which I'll save for July 2024.

Ripe and generous, with notes of Meyer lemon, Fuji apple, and peach coalescing on a bed of lively acidity. Loads of minerality too. Utterly delicious.

Lively bosc pear, citrus, lemon verbena, saline character, perfume of spearmint. Some time in bottle will most likely allow the textural and autolytic aroma qualities to emerge more prominently but the freshness is vibrant enough to enjoy greatly now with a diverse array of lighter fare

This was fantastic! No signs of oxidation at all. Fresh nose of white flowers, apple, lychee, honey, and a hint of petrol. very nice body and acidity and a long, sweetish finish. Great wine.

Lively color. The nose shows intense aromas of citrus oil, orange blossom, zest, minerals and a hint of oak. This is medium bodied on the palate with excellent concentration and very good class. The medium plus length finish features a mineral element.

Aromas of blackberry, black pepper, tar, dried leaves. Mix of black cherry and tart cherry, cola, hint of baking spices. Really developed and come into its own over the last couple years of bottle age. Good stuff
