4/23/2024 - drjb Likes this wine: 92 pointsAt Home Dinner. This is a delicious riesling in classic Australian 'dry spatlese' style with a nod to Moselle 'feinherb'. There is a lovely line of lime and white stone fruit here with plenty of zest and minerality to a nicely balanced finish. There is also plenty of dry extract and grip here suggesting an interesting evolution ahead. |

4/24/2024 - graemeg wrote: NR{screwcap, 13.9%} Young still, a mix of black fruit and cola. Soft tannins, moderate acidity. Seems a but confused about its identity; you don’t often see these two grapes blended. Juicy and ripe but a bit nondescript. Medium weight, medium length finish. Fair. |

2/3/2024 - Metalhorns wrote: 86 pointsDark as ink, the plum, black currant and blackberry jam step forward boldly, with a slight citrus backdrop. Despite its braggadocio, this is actually a very easy drink. A soft finish with rather polite tannins speak to the forest floor while the foreground notes walk casually towards the horizon of your tastebuds. Big on taste and aroma, this is a fine bottle to accompany a casual party - one whose vivid character and ink-blot styled label lend itself well to a non-chalant gathering. |

4/24/2024 - Avid Wino wrote: 92 pointsGorgeous. Vanilla, lime, touch of peach, honeysuckle, smidge of grassiness. I’ve justifiably rated many whites far higher than this, but can’t remember the last white I thought was this hedonistically delicious. Some reds have been but can’t remember any whites. Enough length. |

4/24/2024 - Ozmango Likes this wine: 94 points2023 produced a Viognier akin to 2019. Riper fruit. Lush buttery nose (lychees, pear, musk sticks). Succulent, opulent fruit, with long silky textures. Good acid finish. Excellent. |

4/22/2024 - Get Real Does not like this wine: 88 pointsStill vibrant colour making it look much younger than 12 years. A little sharp / acidic for me. Opened an hour before and drank over 3 hours with very little development. Despite being the same grapes this had very little in common with Chateauneuf du Pape - limited nose and despite the deep colour felt thinner |

4/22/2024 - colinscellar wrote: 91 pointsTart and fresh with red cherry and cranberry fruit and some fresh steminess. Noticable yeasty character, reminds me a bit of a berry sour beer or a sparkling with lees notes. Light-med body at only ~12% abv and drinks better quite chilled, I treat it like rosé rather than 'normal' Grenache. |

4/23/2024 - eschaefer Likes this wine: 96 pointsI didn’t believe it till I tasted it. Blinded you would think Le Montrachet. Green golden straw colored. Perfect coloring. Medium to full bodied and RICH. Stone fruits, oily white flowers and rocky minerality on the nose. Acacia, sweet white peach and flint on the palate. OMG this wine is soooo good. The only limiting factor for 97-98 for me was a little bit acidic and thin on the finish. But that’s just me. Smarter people than me ranked this 98+ and i totally get it. Highly recommended. What a treat. Cheers |
