This is especially pleasant, showing a balanced acidity, generally complex fruit and vegetal notes — especially green. My first Silex ever. Very much looking forward to trying older vintages, and this one aging. |

Impressive concentration for a SB with some length in the finish. This is probably at peak but can go another 5 or so years. |
