Palate w minerals, almost earthy bark, flowers, unripe pears, and medicinal herbs. They fruit is very much in ther background here with really lively minerals. Lovely lingering mineral, gravel finish with just enough fruit to balance the savory flavors. Excellent acids on a medium body. Nice concentration. A mildly viscous texture. This is good! 91+ |
