Dark garnett core with a dark ruby rim. Very youthful.
Nose: Very hot at first with alcohol creeping in. Black cherry, blackberry. Red fruit as well: raspberry. Timid green notes. A little bit of minerality: graphite and its dusty. Dill for oak notes.
Palate: High acid. Flavors of ripe blackberry, lots of ripe plum, mulberry, a hint green pepper. It has a sour mid palate and finishes with a touch of vanilla. The tannins are high both from fruit and oak. The alcohol is high, and it spikes right now. A little unbalaced. I expect for it to come together as it ages.

Beautiful, aromas of ripe black fruit with lots of secondary aromas: animal, mushrooms. Med + acid, medium tannins, red and black fruit on the palate with . Dusty and funky in a good way. Nice long finish. Really balanced and vibrant. This wine will hold for another 10 years.

Light straw core, a bit fizzy on the glass at first. Aromas pf lemon, peach and lots of inequality. Acid was only medium, there is a nice lime initial atack but the wine shows no mid paalte and finishes very short. Just ok

Ripe black currants and black cherry; milk chocolate, leather and a violets on the nose. High acid, tannins are still high but tamed at this point. Ripe black fruit on the palate, dark chocolate on the mid palate. The alcohol is high and it is spiking up at this point. It has a long tart cherry finish. The wine is very nice but it is still incredibly young. Would like to drink this in another 10 years.

Very ripe, fruit holding up really well. Both red and black fruit on the nose, as well as strong sense of place, wild mushrooms, earthy. almost muddy. High acid, ripe raspberry, mushroom and cured meat on the palate. Tannins were soft and sweet; alcohol spiked a bit, the wine seems a little hotter that i would have liked but excellent altogether

The mid palate has a hint of sweetness that is beautifully balanced by the high acid. The wine finishes long with gorgeous notes of black pepper. Good wine.

Dark ruby core with a magenta rim. Nose shows ripe strawberry and raspberry, menthol notes, green olives, vanilla and tobacco. Medium plus acidity, medium tannins. The palate show a lot of strawberries, with a creamy mid palate. It reminded me of strawberries and whipped cream. The hint of sweetness is very well balanced by the acidty. It has a delicious cinnamon finish, just long enough. Alcohol very well balanced. Not the most complex wine, but delicious.

First one of a 12 year personal project. I'm going to taste 12 bottles throughout 12 years, always around christmas and notice the difference to try to understand better how wine develops. Im going to taste all bottles under the same conditions, no decanting.

Sight: Dark garnett core with a dark magenta rim
Nose: Ripe blackberry, cassis, plum as well. Some discreet green notes: green pepper, eucalyptus. Light notes of dark chocolate as well as graphite. The alcohol seems a bit high on the nose with that nail polisher aroma coming through.
Palate: High acidity, medium + tannins. Flavors of blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate,green and black pepper. The mid palate is very acidic but it finishes long and spicy, The alcohol is very well integrated and does not spike at all. The wine is tasting great right now. I'm curious to see how the acidity will develop, surprised that the tannins are at a considerable lower level than than the acidity at this point.

Very youthful, still very dark in color. Aromas of cassis, blackberry, leather and pencil shavings. After one hour, menthol notes started to appear. High acid, tannins were high but rond and palatable, could feel the sweet taste of american oak on the palate in a very nice way. Long finish. This wine will still get better but will provide a lot of fun now.

Flawed in my opinion. Very oxidized. Still noticeable red fruit left but no tannins. No other aromas except for that vinegar-like smell. Extremely acidic on the palate with no other structural component. Too bad.

Nose of ripe Peach and grapefruit backed by a sea salt-like minerality. Very intense flavors of nectarine and citrus, high acid and a nice minerality on the palate. It has a slight spicy mid palate. Medium alcohol, and a delicious long sour finish. It seems like a very similar albarino to the classic rias baixas just with a much higher intensity of fruit, but not high in alcohol at all. very exciting wine

This reminds you why you fell in love with wine. Ripe black and red cherry, hay, mushrooms and animal on the nose. Ripe red and black fruit on the palate, very sour on the first attack, it transitions to a sweet mid palate of cinammon and clove due to the well integrated oak. It finishes very spicy ans vibrant with black pepper, mushrooms and all those secondary flavors typical of a good burgundy. Could feel the flavors for minutes on my palate. Deep color, very much alive, it might get better, but why wait? This was almos perfect.

This wine will certainly get better in 5 years or so when the tannins and acid mellow out a bit. Extremely complex. I did not decant it and the wine would have benefited from it, had I done so.

This was phenomenal. Blackberry, wet hay, black truffles, leather, pencil shavings and after 30 minutes, a lot of eucalyptus on the nose. Soft silky tannins, blackberry, cinnamon and eath on the palate. High acid that is still holding there. A long delicious cinnamon finish. I don't know that this wine is going to get better but I feel it will hold for another 5 years, but it is gorgeous right now. Almost no sediments.
