The odor is quite earthy and pleasant. The fruit is restrained which starts out tart then layers of acid and tannins finish this off. This a lovely Syrah save for heavier foods for a perfect match. |

The wine is well balanced and quite quaffable. This should go well with both lighter fare as well as pork, chicken. |

Don't let the light color fool you the wine has loads of flavor. It starts out with a light to medium body then a sweetish tart fruit. The middle is acidic and flavorful with a tannic finish that is numbing and long lasting. |
