The nose is balanced and very present with blackcurrant, cassis, leaf/earthy notes. On the palate this is elegant but persistent, medium-full and with layers of black fruits, cassis, earthy (mushroom) notes and long. An excellent wine and not at all tired. A long life ahead. |

Crisp citrus/green apples matched by a slight sense of sweetness and nice(but high) acidity. Went absolutely perfectly with Norwegian Christmas dish called Pinnekjøtt. This bottle wasn't tired at all so I guess further storage is fully possible |
