Thankfully, the cork held up too and had a long way to go. Most of the cabs like Caymus, Conn Valley Anderson, Frank Family, Heitz, Bryant Family, etc. all go to the same place with a linear finish that is underwhelming. I applaud the vintage. I want a different experience in each cab and got it here. Other than Diamond Creek can't think of the last time I get a different flavor profile. Well done. |
