Brings out alot of caramel/toasty notes, but still has lots of red fruit left (cherries). Initial smell is a little alcohol-ish, but the flavor is still very vibrant. Very little earth or mushroom on this pinot. This is my 2nd bottle - consistent notes over both bottles. |
