Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, aromas of plummy, spicy black fruit, with a strong mineral tang. Palate is medium-sweet, medium- acid, high tannin, medium+ body, flavours of deep black fruit (plum, blackberry, cassis jam), graphite, stone... brawny and youthful. Finish is loooonnnngggg. Very good quality vintage port.

Nose is clean, prounced intensity, aromas of tropical fruit, marmalade, golden raisin, spice, mushroom, wax... incredibly complex and constantly shifting. Palate is sweet, with high acid, medium body, flavours of orange marmalade, peel, dried apricots, honey, beeswax, oak spice. Finish is very long. Very good to outstanding quality, fascinating wine.

Nose is clean, pronouced intensity, with aromas of orange marmalade, honey, beeswax, caramel, and a spicy, slightly savoury finish. Palate is luscious, with high acid, full body, and flavours of marmalade, maple syrup, floral honey, caramelized nuts, and oak/spice. Texture is viscous, finish is long and lovely. Very good quality.

Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, aromas of ripe apple, lemon curd, nuts, pastry, with a bready and slightly mushroomy finish. Palate is not quite dry, with medium+ acid, medium body, flavours of baked apple, lemon, toasted nuts, slight carmel. Mousse is fine and persistant, and finish is long. Very good quality Champagne.

Nose is clean, medium intensity, aromas of green apples, honeydew, white flowers. Palate is off-dry, medium- acid, medium- body, with flavours of apples, pears and melon. Mousse is course and foamy, quick to disappate. Finish is short. Quality is acceptable... generic and lacking freshness.

Palate is dry, medium- acid, medium body, with flavours of grapefruit, light tropical fruits, and once again, cleaning products. Finish is medium. Quality if acceptible, but to me the fruit aromas and flavours are overpowering and artificial.
