"Believed to date from the late 19th Century or early 20th Century. Bottled in the 1920's
One litre, oval based, slightly bulbous, three part moulded bottles. "Madeira Velho Verdelho Leacock" printed paper labels
Medium, tapered open rim; very distinctive, old, almost tea-like, fragrance and taste to match, ethereal, good length. October 2008 *** MB"
