  April 4, 2009 - Blind tasting at home: Very dark red with almost extreme tannins (I like tannins). I don't know that I have ever tasted such strong tannins. I don't remember the 05 having as much tannin as this. Surely this will allow it to age for many years. A very fruity cassis and berry nose makes it noticably a cabernet. Very full bodied too. I will retaste a day later. I had thought it would score a little higher so will see the second rating after further decanting.
