  August 1, 2009 - Cabernet Time - Silver Oak & Friends (Wine Exchange. Orange, CA): After a couple of hours of decanting it showed a fantastic nose with notes of spice, perfume, red fruits and very slight mineral notes. Very well put together. Sweet silky tannins. A bit of stewed plums. Great structure. Good value for <$50 category
