  February 12, 2010 - Mrs. Coupe had popped a 375ml before I got home. Was open in bottle for abour 45 minutes, then poured into my eische breathable glass. Wine needs air and time. Red fruit with a nice mouthfeel. Wine has nice acidity, still strong tannins and nice structure to it. I think this gets better with age, but right now is a solid 88...
