  May 21, 2010 - Golden, slight green tone. Big nose, well dev. petrol, apricot, lemon and grapefruit. Smooth, high acid, mabye to high - need to air. Grapefruit bitter finish. Will go with a grilled anglerfish. Edit: Air much needed – all sharp acid gone. Balanced. Now at 92 pionts (from 88).
