  June 5, 2010 - Raw smell from the decanter, but thankfully that blew off after an hour. Threw a sediment also, so needed a decant for several reasons. Sweetish smell, and floral, other than that nothing. On the palate tannic, acidic, short. Not a disagreeable wine, but absolutely nothing exciting either.
  
  Had lambchops with baked potatoes and mushroom stew with it, didn't do anything for the wine.
