  September 10, 2010 - A terrific beautifully aged wine. Definite cabernet arome with a substantial bouquet of cassis, dark fruit and a bit of earthyness and spice. Medium weight on palette, perfectly balanced with a spicy and long finish. Our last bottle but a memorable one.
