  March 13, 2011 - Initially had a reticent nose that opened up within 30 minutes to express pure clean red pinot fruit with some barnyard notes. Over the course of next 2 hours, this really blossomed into a wonderful wine. While still young with noticeable tannins this was very enjoyable and I have no doubt this will be even more stellar in 5-10 years.
