March 15, 2011 - I've found that the knock against Pinot Blanc-- that it's bland-- is sometimes true, but also unfair. This is a grape that when paired with complimentary dishes can become really delicious. This bottle is a good example. Starts out with great acidity and minerality and gets better with food.
