  October 8, 2011 - Not a fan of this one at all; it still felt too much like a vin d'effort, with all kinds of winemaker tricks obscuring what fruit may have originally been there. Funky nose, weird tannins, acidity flown in from somewhere else entirely... a weird mishmash between honest Old World and entirely synthetic New, with little charm or reward.
