  November 15, 2011 - I had a chance to taste this wine with the wine maker (John Williams) last night at a wonderful wine store in CedarRapids, Iowa. As you would expect, John was a wealth of information when it came to the approach he takes to the creation and structure of this wine. I thought it had wonderful Cherry on the initial taste, followed by an amazing earthen finish. It is an old-school cabernet done very well!!
