  June 18, 2012 - Fantastic Alsace riesling. This was the Indice 2 version, with 8-9 % residual sugar. Very expressive nose with lime, peach, candied quince, honey and stony minerality. Full-bodied, creamy and perfectly balanced with generous, ripe fruit and high acidity. Endless aftertaste. A masterpiece that was already enjoyable with a long life ahead.
