  June 9, 2012 - Casual dinner at Home (Vancouver, BC): At first this was shy on the nose not giving up too much but after being opened for around an hour began to sing with classic Chablis notes of lemon, lime, salinity, stones and minerality. In the mouth this was medium bodied with good acidity with a crisp, fresh and sharp framework. Airy and delicate and not the typical succulent /round profile I usually find in Preuses. This is drinking so well right now but it’s clearly still very young and barring premox, this has 5+ years of great drinking ahead of it. Excellent. 92+
