August 7, 2012 - Opened and consumed over 2 hours - strong brett at first open, gradually blowing off. Nose - earthy, mushroom, musty. Palate - old world style, complex, spice, leather, tobacco, dark fruits, hint of sweetness, no alcohol. Palate is certainly more earth/savory than fruity sweetness. Good acidity keeping in balance. Grippy finish. At $29 from PC this is a steal. 91+, will update on night two.
