  September 15, 2012 - Love Mike and Leah's wines first of all. This one, though still very young, worked well with wild caught salmon. Popped and poured. It could have used air as would be expected but couldn't do that under the time constraints we were under. Pleasure to drink. Excellent fruit and nicely crafted.
