  October 19, 2012 - Honestly I loved this Zin. Pepper & spice on the nose followed by dark plums & blackberries. The finish was moderate in duration & maybe I rated it so high because it was paired with my favorite pizza. Either way the acidity was non intruding & there was an earthiness I really enjoyed. Nice job Montelena. Great zin for a Friday night.
