  November 17, 2012 - This is a powerhouse; ripe, dense and packed with rich dark fruit, cedar, pipe tobacco and earth. There's tremendous concentration and intensity to the flavours, matched by plenty of structure - this still feels rather youthful with a lot of time ahead of it. With a few hours of air it becomes more accessible and savoury, gaining a lot of aromatic depth and with that Graves smokiness emerging.
