  November 27, 2012 - Nose is strong and pleasant fruit. Full ripe red fruit on the taste. Plush. An acidic bite on the mid-palate. Then the funk comes. Tannins are fairly strong and rather grippy at this time. Accessible now, great fruit and funk combo. The tannins make me want to try the wine in 3-5 years, and I hope the funk does not completely take over by that time. I would not hesitate to open one now if you're curious.
