  November 28, 2012 - A medium ruby color; still purple on the rim. Complex aromas of black cherry, raspberry, earth, cigar box, spice and some mint. In the mouth I still get a slight acidic sting on the tongue from the tannin. Rich and a decent concentration of fruit. Great acid and balance. A long spicy and relatively smooth finish. Pretty good with left over turkey.
