  December 4, 2012 - Big, silky wine with aromas of plum and vanilla. Enjoyable flavors of plum, dark berry washed with oaky vanilla. The flavors seemed somewhat monolithic. I couldn't help feeling that this was a technically well made wine, but somewhat boring. It says something about the general quality of wine being made today that this one failed to excite me.
