  December 17, 2012 - Some light cherry/cranberry/barely ripe strawberry, but this is dominated by fallen leaves, herbs, and earth. A fair amount of acidity on this and tight, fine grained tannins (similar to what you might find in a Nebbiolo based wine). A really lovey wine, and holds its alcohol incredibly well (15%!). I was hoping for more depth from this, and that is the only factor holding it back from a higher score.
