  December 18, 2012 - Still very dark and concentrated colour, only just starting to brick at the edges. Quite firm at first, this needed 3 hrs decanting to open up, then the wine softened progressively over the next few hours. Intense blackberry flavours, with a touch of blackcurrant and violet, this is remarkably fresh and round, with real charm, like the 85 only much better. Easily the best Lagrange ever, good for at least another decade.
