  December 31, 2012 - New Years Eve 2013: This was decanted for 10+ hours, and the leftovers rebottled overnight. TN done on the leftovers this morning. 15.5% ABV
  
  An outstanding bottle of wine as always. Blackberry, blueberry, eucalyptus, meat, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and more...tons of aromas and flavors to find in here :) Silky smooth but grippy tannins, nice acidity, almost like tart green apple.
  
  Drinking quite well now, but certainly quite a bit of life left in it.
