  December 2, 2012 - Second Annual Butcher&Larder dinner (Butcher&Larder, Chicago IL): nose: Nice and balanced nose with tones of cedar, mint, berries, cassis and dark red cherries. Very good depth with a nice touch of class to it as well.
  
  taste: Full bodied with medium acidity and nice tannins still persisting. Balanced with nice depth and tones of mint, berries, cassis and dark red cherries.
  
  overall: A very nice Eloge. It probably could use a bit more time and it would've been nice to spend more time with it. It's still a quality wine that is drinking on the young side.
