  November 17, 2012 - Some Blind Bubblies (Tooch's, chicago IL): nose: There is a real savory quality to this with a lot of depth and balance along with tones of black pepper, black fruits, animal hides, violets and some bacon fat.
  
  taste: Full bodied with good tannins still persisting along with medium+ acidity. Very well balanced with a rustic take on the tones of blackc pepper, black fruits, animal hides, leather and some bacon fat.
  
  overall: I caught this later in the day, and I am very glad I did. This was a wonderful Verset that has a long way to go.
