  January 12, 2013 - Very pale green colour. Quite subdued nose, touch sulphuric to start but that faded quickly. Stunning palate though, of pure tart green apple, honey, excellent minerality and a light spritz betraying it's youth. Slate, very good length and all with a stunning purity. Very poised. Off-dry finish. Shows very well for it's quality level.
