  Taste: Medium bodied with medium acidity. There is a nice freshness to the tones of green apples, breads, and citrus tones.
  
  Overall: This is a very nice NV bubbly. There is a good freshness to it on both the nose and palate, but it is lacking some depth. Still, this is very enjoyable and easy drinking.
