  February 2, 2013 - A really nice pale gold with a bouquet of cream and a little butter, banana and sweet fruits. It is medium bodied and also has nice slow legs. The forward palate is a little hot with more cream and butterscotch coming through. I have to agree with an earlier note about the extra time possibly moderating the heat. It is fairly well balanced and has a nice medium finish that ends with a little oak. If it was not for the heat, I would score it higher.
