  February 7, 2013 - Bold in the glass, this wine offers aromas of fresh fig, red plum and red and black cherries. Some dusty grippy tannins in the mouth frame the black fruit flavors of plum and mixed berries.
  
  Throw a steak at this wine, it's big body and structure work in harmony with a fatty, meaty cut like rib-eye. Meat and cheese platters are a good go to for the Canta Perdices. Consider serving this wine with appetizers.
