  February 9, 2013 - Green apple with a tart finish. A squeeze of lemon. Mandarin as it warms in the glass. Too pretty on night one, tart finish too much of a contrast to big floral nose. Better on night two, nose settled and finish less tart, more length with talc and mineral. On night three I swear there's both apricot and peach. Can't help but wonder if there's a splash of viognier in this, which would explain the lifted aromatics. Must admit on night one I was underwhelmed by this, but at end of bottle on night three, quite captivated, lots going on. One to put away for a few years.
